Products and Inventory
We sell surplus, liquidation, closeout, overstock, and reclaimed inventory. Many items are discontinued, one-of-a-kind, or sold "as-is"; condition and packaging may vary from manufacturer listings.
Orders and Pricing
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing/listing errors at any time; cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Payment
Due at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Shipping
Nationwide LTL/freight shipping and local PA pickup by appointment. Shipping times and costs vary; risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, except as required by law.
Returns and Refunds
Governed by our Return and Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.
Product Use and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and code compliance before installation; we're not liable for damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability is capped at the amount paid for the applicable order.
Intellectual Property
Site content (text, graphics, logos, images) belongs to Summer Valley Supplies or its licensors.

Governing Law
