Ignition and vent update kits for recalled Triangle Tube Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence and Aerco Esteem boilers. We verify the unit, then supply the kit to the licensed contractor doing the work.

Recall kit components must be installed by a licensed contractor in accordance with the manufacturer's recall instructions and local code. We cannot supply a kit for owner or unlicensed installation.

Which boilers are affected?
Wall-hung condensing gas boilers in a white metal cabinet, made December 2011 through April 2019. About 60,000 sold in the U.S. and about 7,500 in Canada. Hazard: carbon monoxide release from delayed ignition or component damage.

How to identify your boiler
Find the serial number
Look for the Boiler Rating Label on the white front panel, the right-side panel, or behind the front door.
Match the series
Check whether the model is in the PA, PT, PTE or PEA series.

How it works

Tell us the boiler model and serial number, plus the licensed contractor who will perform the work.
2. We verify the unit
Our team confirms the affected unit and matches it to the correct recall kit and parts.
3. We send your invoice
We email an invoice for the kit and shipping. Payment is required before the kit ships.
4. We ship the kit
Once the invoice is paid, the kit ships to the licensed contractor who will install it. Installation must be completed by that contractor.
